This retreat is not about the piece of art (although that may be a bonus), but about using creativity and artmaking to explore your inner world and process emotions that you may be holding. No previous experience with art is necessary. Led by London based Transpersonal Arts Counsellor (MCGI BACP) & Creative Arts Facilitator, Helena Harper, you will be held in a safe space and guided as you explore your inner and creative world.

With 20 years experience working with people of all walks of life, Helena is gifted at supporting people through their life challenges and transitions, their mental health and inner wellbeing. This retreat can also be enjoyed for those who wish to simply explore different creative activities, without diving too deep into your inner emotional world. Whatever your wish for this retreat it offers a loving space to nourish yourself.

  • The Art Retreat was an amazing experience. We got the chance to try out out various techniques and explore our creative sides. The art classes were carefully prepared by Helena and I was able to discover techniques I never dreamed off.
