What is the difference between the 10 Day Fasting and 7 Day Colon/Liver Cleanse Retreats?

The 7 Day Colon and Liver Cleanse is a terrain based approach aimed directly at cleansing mucoid plaque from the small and large intestine, and then cleansing stones, mud and debris from the liver during the period. This approach makes use of a cutting edge aged fermented enzyme technology. The Cleanse process focusses primarily on cleansing the entire Intestinal GI Tract and the Liver.

The 10 Day Detox and Fasting Retreat commences with a 30 Day optional pre-cleanse and takes the individual progressively deeper into their Fast and Detox during the ten days whilst on the Fast. The focus during this retreat is on cleaning up the 5 organs of elimination and a deep cleansing of the lymphatic system. The ensuing Fast will cleanse and rejuvenate at a cellular level. During the process we make use of various herbal formulas (optional) to assist the cleansing process easier.

What does a typical day during the Retreat look like?

During your stay with us we have a variety of activities available. Some activities are chargeable and some are complimentary. Here are some of the activities that usually happen during a Fasting Retreat: yoga, meditation, infrared sauna, traditional sauna, ice bath, Thai massage, educational talks & lectures, inspirational food demonstrations, walks in nature reserves, movie nights, kayaking in the local archipelago, bike rides. A variety of therapeutic and informative modalities, like Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber, Live Blood Microscopy, Olylife PEMF and Terahertz Device, IQ-Well Scan, Quantum Bio Resonance Machine, are also available.

What juice is served?

We serve a diluted freshly pressed orange juice. Orange is chosen due its remarkable astringent properties. Alternatively, green juices are available at an additional cost.

What is the accommodation like?

International Wellness Farm is a luxury retreat. Our accommodation is spacious, comfortable, luxurious and modern. Each bedroom suite has its own en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom suite includes blackout curtains, robes, a hairdryer, towels, Wi-Fi. All suites in the Upper House and Forest Capsule have air conditioning.

Is it possible to book a shared room?

We do not offer the option for strangers to share rooms, however, should you wish to share a room with your partner or friend then please contact us and we will accommodate you.

What do I need to pack?

We recommend that you bring comfortable clothes, yoga attire, swimming costume, good walking shoes and a waterproof jacket. The weather in Sweden can be unpredictable so we advise a warm jumper and jacket too.

How do I get to the Retreat Centre?

Gothenburg Landvetter (GOT) airport in Sweden and Oslo Gardermoen (OSL) in Norway are the easiest and closest airports to get to us from. Both offer a convenient and easy bus ride to near our location. Alternatively, a pick-up service from Gothenburg Landvetter can be arranged (at additional cost).

When can I arrive?

Check in is from 15:00 on your day of arrival. Should you wish to arrive earlier please contact us to make sure we can accommodate you.

Do I need to pay the full amount for the retreat immediately?

A deposit of 50% is necessary to secure your place on the retreat. The remaining 50% is due 4 weeks before the start of the retreat. Paying in full qualifies you for a discount.

If I wish to cancel my booking, can I get a refund?

If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. We can refund 50% of the total cost if more than 4 weeks’ notice is given to allow us to rebook your place. Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the start of the retreat, the full cost is non-refundable, however can be rolled over to a future retreat.

Are flights and travel insurance included?

No. You will need to book your flights and organize travel insurance separately.

Can I book an airport pick-up?

Yes, airport pick-up is available at an additional cost. Please contact us to arrange this. The transfer from the airport to our Retreat Centre is a 1,5 hours drive.

We accept debit/credit card payments, bank transfers, bank-giro and swish payments.

Important Policy Notes

How to Cancel: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@wellnessfarm.se. The cancellation date will be officially recorded on the day the email is received.

Rollover Credits: Rollover credits are valid for exactly six (6) months from your original retreat start date. If not used within this timeframe, the credit will expire and cannot be extended.

Travel Insurance: Because we cannot make exceptions to this policy for sudden illness, family emergencies, or travel delays, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations.
