What is the difference between the 10 Day Fasting and 9 Day Rainbow (Colon/Liver) Retreats?

The 10 Day Detox and Fasting Retreat commences with a 30 Day optional pre-cleanse and takes the individual progressively deeper into their Fast and Detox during the ten days whilst on the Fast. The focus during this retreat is on cleaning up the 5 organs of elimination and a deep cleansing of the lymphatic system. The ensuing Fast will cleanse and rejuvenate at a cellular level. During the process we make use of various herbal formulas (optional) to assist the cleansing process easier.

The 9 Day Rainbow (Colon and Liver) Cleanse is a terrain based approach aimed directly at cleansing mucoid plaque from the small and large intestine, and then cleansing stones, mud and debris from the liver during the period.
