The Art Retreat was an amazing experience. We got the chance to try out out various techniques and explore our creative sides. The art classes were carefully prepared by Helena and I was able to discover techniques I never dreamed off. The whole retreat was a unique opportunity to completely relax and be myself without any pressures of the everyday life

I wanted to detox after a few years of eating habits that were less than optimal. Surrounded by like-minded people, the excellent knowledge and application of hosts Malcolm and Christina, and the wonderful outdoor surroundings, I achieved what I wanted and so much more. I have a new knowledge base to take forward on my journey.

It’s been life-changing. I feel like a completely different person than who I was when I walked in. The shifts happening in me are almost unbelievable. I never thought it would be possible for me to feel this good, and there’s no amount of thanks I can give to you and the Kambo for that.
